We arrived and tried to check in, only to find that we had reserved a different Drury Inn. They handled that switch great. However, I had an an email with a $200 rebate “Visa”, along with my documents for my contacts. It had all the pertinent info, but no name on the sheet. It was my email. So, the night crew specifically said that they will take it upon check out. Well, they didn’t, no matter what. Then, we went to our room and she had written down 529 and we were actually given room 523. After a 9 hour trip, that was the topper. Then, to be told the visa rewards didn’t count was it. So, no. We will not be staying at a Drury Inn.

The facility was fantastic and the staff was superb. Tereak, Rashad, and Bobby were the most amazing staff I have encountered. We will always stay with the Drury at Grandview from now out. The staff went over backwards to ensure that we had a excellent stay and it is greatly appreciated.

This was not my 1st stay at a drury but it was the 1st at this particular one. They were going through renovations but they did everything to make our stay comfortable

Nice place to stay. Really nice staff. They were making improvements which created noise during the day. To compensate for these inconveniences they offered amenities and coupons on future stays. I was disappointed by the closure of the pool area due to unexpected maintenance.

Pool and hot tub area is nice. The staff is pleasent. My only complaint is the room is dated, bad a musty smell. Some articles left behind from the previous guest? If house keeping was actually cleaning they would have caught that. Also the bedding was kind of dirty. The hotel did its job, but I probably wouldn't stay again.
