The hotel looks great, the room was ok We Was on the 2nd floor the noise from the clubs was going on till 4 am the room was not sound proof, we had no sleep from the exterior noise and the interior noise from what sounded like a brothel and we could smell someone smoking weed.

Excellent stay! The hotel was absolutely beautiful and all done up for Christmas — it looked gorgeous! Our room surpassed expectations; the beds were super comfy and the bathroom was lovely. Everything was really clean and quiet, and the location was perfect too. Breakfast was out of this world! We will most definitely be back. 🎄✨

Prosecco upon arrival, easy check in, lovely hotel and friendly staff, great location, rooms were stunning and the beds SO comfortable! Good security upon return when we turned up at 3am which made us feel safe.

Everything looked lovely on arrival, lovely and clean etc until I pulled bed cover back to get in to bed. There was a lovely big handprint on the bedsheet. Husband went down to reception to complain offered him a drink at the bar by way of compensation!! We were going to bed!! Night porter came up to change sheet. Had to re-do it when he left. Next morning 5.30 the service lift which was next to our room ( hadn't been told) started moving up and down and it was relentless. Across from our room was the store room. Staff in and out rattling cups, bottles laughing joking all from the same time. Luckily we were up early to go and explore. Next morning was Saturday. Check out was 11. Lift started at 7.20 no chance of a lay in. On checking out complained to person on the desk who by way of apology offered free parking and breakfast on our next visit. Promptly told him we probably wouldn't be returning and asked for a partial refund that he agreed to but would have to go through hotels.com. We accepted a 30 percent and was told to contact Hotels.com. He assured us this would be done. Following Monday I contacted Hotels.com who were very good and tried to contact the hotel for the refund to be authorised but to no avail so basically they lied just to fob us off!! Will definitely not return to this hotel. Not an unreasonable person. I get the staff have a job to do etc if we had been told about the lift perhaps could have asked for a different room but the handprint unforgivable.

Clean and spacious room! Nice goodies such as tea and biscuits. Comfortable bed, and even prosecco on arrival. I really enjoyed using the complimentary gym space too. Definitely would stay here again.
