The front desk experience was smooth, welcoming, and quick. I was a bit surprised to find that this La Quinta, just like the last La Quinta that we stayed at has permanent “pardon our construction signs” as if this makes up for the completely open hallway vents and broken walls. While we signed an agreement to not smoke, the hallways smell like a mid-90s bowling alley and the room smells like someone tried to quick febreze their dorm room as if it unsmokes the walls and furniture. The cover on the storm drain in the parking lot is literally an old door. The closets latch but the bathrooms don’t. The wall thermostat is not connected to the wall unit. Nothing about this hotel makes any sense.

LaQuinta stay

The room was clean, the bathroom had long black hairs in several different places, i have shirt brown hair, so it was not mine. The mattress was very hard but the pillows were nice & soft. They are doing renovations. The first elevator did not work at all so you have to walk all the way to the back elevator & then walk to your room. That was inconvenient.

This property is under construction. Though we had a new room it did not have garbages and the sofa bed still had plastic with no bedding. When we called to ask for bedding they said they didn’t have sofa beds. Had to show them in person we had no garbage cans. My kids were disappointed the pool wasn’t open yet. Very pricey for these conditions

The water did not get hot in the shower. The bathroom also was not clean. I will not be back.
