Mildew in shower. Poor shower design- floods entire bathroom floor making it unsafe. Dirty bathroom floor. Only chair in unit extremely worn- seat covering shredding.

Bad stay

The hotel receptionist was not friendly at all. No smile, didn’t volunteer information about the hotel like the time of breakfast. Was not personable at all. Everything in the hotel was broken. The pool didn’t work, the elevator squealed so loud you were afraid to ride. The business center was a joke. The computer was just for show. We initially rented 3 rooms. Non of them were very clean. In my room the bathroom light kept flickering. The lamps hadn’t been dusted in months. The walls were full of fingerprints and smudges especially in the bathroom. The mirror in the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. The chair by the desk looked very unappealing. All the leather was peeled off. The tile at entrance and in bathroom was cracked. The toilet backed up in my room and in my sisters room. When she asked about a plunger she was told they didn’t have one. When I asked the next night, one was available. Sheets were not available for her sleeper sofa but was for mine. We all checked in at the same time. This was the most uncomfortable stay I have ever had at a hotel. I will never visit again!! Do better

DO NOT STAY HERE. I booked a suit thinking I would have 2 rooms. When we went to the room is the dirty and unable to be slept in. I went down to the front desk to try to get it changed. I said I either needed two rooms or a refund in a nice way. The lady at the front desk was terrible, and not helpful at all. I was not given two rooms nor a refund. I was given one room with a “you shouldn’t have come here, it is busy during spring break” even though I payed for a suit. This is unacceptable behavior. I will never stay here again.

Great area to walk and walk your dog. Drink machine is stubborn but they are supposed to be adding an area with drinks and snacks controls by hotel staff that fill hopefully be better. Convenience store next door seems to close early. Lots of restaurants and shops near by. No available shuttle service.
