Wouldn’t book that room again
Publié le 4 févr. 2024 sur HotelsThe cleanliness was not up to high standard considering i paid £330 for the room for the night. The toilet door did not have a lock and did not close properly. There was two water cans and two sparking water with two crisps.

Staff are amazing

Stay was a short business trip. The staff are friendly but it almost seems robotic.
Room was not cleaned very well. There was no shower gel the first morning so i removed the top of bottle and left it in the bath to show it needed replaced. It was still there when i came back so i can assume the bath/shower hasn't cleaned.
Went ot irder room service and that wasn't available so I was booked into the restaurant which was a carvery. Food was fine.
