I drove 10hrs checked in at 1am my husband went to the bathroom turned the lights on he saw a roach I look down on the floor by the bed there was a roach I then looked at the bed I saw cigarettes burn holes on the blanket there was hair on the pillow case I told the front desk she completely ignored what I said I slept on top of my coat when I checked out I told a different lady at the front desk and she acted like it was nothing wrong with what I told and showed her because I took pictures I stayed there Oct 25 2025 I left Oct 26 2025 I will never stay there again

Room had visible mold in bathroom. One of the mattresses was broken. The only positive thing about this motel was that the employee did not charge us for our pet

It was awful the rooms smelled like bug spray there were roaches in all three rooms and people were literally doing drugs in the hallways staff was always out of the office when u need them and no rooms had any microwaves or refrigerator in them like it claims on line you had to walk all the way to the front side of building to use either and it was a little scary

I stopped by the motel earlier in the day to confirm my reservation and I was told that it was confirmed, but I couldn't check in until after 3:00. I told the staff that I would be coming back late due to being in Tuscaloosa for a night football game. When I got back the clerk said they were full so I had to find somewhere else. Due to the Race at Talladega all hotels were completely sold out so I had to sleep in my car.
