Stay away
Publié le 16 févr. 2024 sur HotelsDrug users and prostitution all around and in hotel. All areas are absolutely stinking the noise 24/7 is ridiculous.
Even the hotel does nothing about it and the bar service is just as bad no ingredients for half the menu and warm drinks served

Decent bed and decent shower - will use again.

Room was really clean. Staff were extremely helpful and polite and really look after you during your stay.

Black Mould
Publié le 12 févr. 2024 sur HotelsArrived and got into room and there was black mould all around the window. This was in room 1, ground floor. Staff did not really take much of an interest and found someone was allocated that room after us. Did get moved straight away, but new room was noisy and may as well not have a window, felt we'd been put there for complaining about the mould. Have stayed previously, and had issues before (no towels, this time no pillows). Just needs a bit more care
