The hotel was very clean and tidy. The room had everything a guest would need. We did not eat at the hotel as there are many options close by. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay again if visiting Coventry.

I was in Coventry on business, and the Telegraph made for an excellent stay. It was clean, functional and - given the location - very quiet. The working surface, with a couple of plugs and good lighting, was very good for work. I particularly appreciated the bedside radio, while I found the nearby Chinese and Vietnamese restaurants good places for a reasonably-priced dinner.

Best option in central Coventry

Only negative aspect is lack of loading/unloading bay outside hotel for guests arriving by car. It is not far to the nearest NCP multi-storey but more detailed info about accessing it would have been useful. We had to ask for directions several times. The restaurant is pleasant but the dinner menu was unimaginative.

Very convenient to city centre. Not much hotel competition in vicinity. I didn't expect to have to climb 15 steps to go to bed. Maybe I missed that information when I booked that room.

This is an amazing property with a real history(they could make more of that. Really liked the room, it had a little internal(covered)balcony area, very interesting. With little option around the hotel on an evening the bar could stay open a little later(it closes at 10pm). The breakfast was a little pale....shall we say, but okay.

I didn't check in until after 10pm due to being at a wedding, i dropped my bags off 12 hours earlier and reception staff were really friendly and helpful. My room was really nice, the room cost a little more than i initially wanted to pay & looked at changing my hotel but I'm so glad i didn’t, everything avout the hotel was really nice. Breakfast was good as well, i find breakfast buffets can be a bit hit & miss but this one was really good.

The hotel is really nicely decorated, very kind staff at the front desk and a good location. When I entered my room it was like the Sahara desert, the heating was on full whack so it was a bit of a shock, assuming that was unintended but I managed to turn it off and the temp reduced. Unfortunately I was in a room that the window faced into a corridor so I couldn't really open the curtains but this didn't really worry me as I wasn't in the room much. The price for the quality of room was good and I would stay again if I am visiting Cov.

Cool trendy hotel suitable for business class.

Nice clean hotel in central location. The Telegraph theme was very cool and gave a nod to a time when the building was an office for the Telegraph newspaper. The stairs and landing areas seem to have been retained as original and is really cool.
