The beds were comfortable. You have to pay for parking. The walls were incredibly dusty in the room and there were stains on the comforter. The room phone would not stop beeping. And the room did not have a microwave.

Great Except Parking

Comfortable and Clean

The staff was super welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. Reading the reviews I was a little hesitant on selecting this hotel, but it was clean and convenient to the stadium. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. No issues and would stay again.

Truly disappointed that this is a Westin Hotel

I am going to be extremely honest about our stay here. First thing is for this to a Westin Hotel it did not meet the standards that I am accustomed to from this hotel. We paid $400 for one night to stay here but when we got into the room I immediately noticed the decor was not up to par. We had stained sheets on the bed, the table had dried coffee stains, the lamp is rusting, the carpet has a lot of wear and tear, I could gone on and on about the upkeep of this hotel but I will stop here. On the flip side, the front desk clerk “Latonia” was extremely friendly and provided us with excellent customer service.

Hotel was very nice and convenient. Valet was amazingly nice and helpful. Only complaints I had were the water pressure in the room was very poor and there was warped wallpaper on the walls like maybe something had leaked and that was not replaced. Otherwise, very nice hotel.
