You want to stay even just for the pillows!

Great service from check in, around the bar and check out. Room was perfectly clean, clean bathroom with powerful shower. Extremely comfy bed and amazing pillows! There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room but free tea and coffee in the bar for members and it actually got you out of bed and up so this wasn’t an issue! Close enough to the arena to drive or taxi there, was around 5 miles, and the taxi cost £8. Amazing host, already pre booked another stay.

The hotel is in a great location for visiting Coventry, buses to the city stop nearby and are frequent. Parking is good and covered by CCTV. Rooms have been recently refurbished and are nice - but ours was noisy due to adjacent stairs and squeaky swing door. Room 3, avoid it.

Would definitely stay again

Fairly basic with few frills room but recently converted and decorated. Offers excellent value for money for a one night stay and could not fault the staff, hotel or bar/breakfast.

clean with a great welcome

very clean room but small and stuffy at night. check in staff are amazing and all bar staff very helpful. wifi was very slow and dropped out. some fittings in the bathroom would be helpful

The room is clean. Very basic. The staff varied in friendliness (the bar staff were lovely) we had been warned about the lack of air conditioning but it was very stuffy as the room was quite small. The last night there, there was an incident in the neighbouring room (obviously not the hotel’s fault) but it made for an unpleasant night
