This is a house for both large and small parties to enjoy together. The house is a single level home that features TV's in every bedroom, a spacious dining room (and table), a cozy living room, and all the amenities to make your stay feel like home!
The backyard has its own patio (uncovered), gas grill, smoker grill with prep table, fireplace, and is completely fenced in for your family and pets to play in!
Guests have access to the whole house, yard, and everything on the property!
-No Smoking allowed!
-Quiet hours after 9 pm--strictly enforced
-2 Pets Maximum- Dogs or Cats less than 60 LBS
-No Pets allowed on the furniture (for cleaning purposes)
