Renovated house on the edge of the Landes forest
Fully renovated house (available from August 2019) on the edge of the Landes forest in Biscarrosse-Plage, located in a quiet and peaceful area at the end of a cul-de-sac. Very close to the ocean, this beautiful house with its enclosed garden, its covered terrace with barbecue and its breathtaking view of the forest welcomes you for the holidays. The beach and the city center are 3 minutes by car, about fifteen minutes walking. Access to the bike path is 5 minutes by bike.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 with a 160cm bed and 1 with 4 beds 90cm (2 bunk beds), a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine). crockery, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.), a covered terrace with barbecue. The entrance to the house is through the living area, consisting of a lounge area with 55 'flat screen and a dining area.
There are also 2 bathrooms including 1 adjoining 1 bedroom and 2 separate toilets.
All rooms have a reversible air conditioning (hot and cold), except the bathrooms which have heating, electric towel rail.
