Chalet FOUR, semi-detached, offers privacy thanks to a private 80m² tree-lined terrace and gate. It sleeps 4 and overlooks the Biscarrosse Golf Course on one side and the pool and jacuzzi on the other.
(Pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and bowling alley are shared with the second chalet, SEVEN).

The history of the ALEXAR estates begins with a deep desire to discover the regions that are dear to us and which have marked our family's holidays.
We choose the name “Les domaine d’ALEXAR”, born from the contraction of the first names of our two sons, Alexandre and Arnaud, and honoring the strong family spirit that represents us.
After the Chalets du Golf in Biscarrosse, we opted for an environment close to the mountains, either in the magnificent village of Châtel in the heart of the mountains in one of the largest areas "Les Portes du Soleil" (more than 600km of slopes), in the Alps. Close to Switzerland (Montreux) and Lake Geneva (Evian and Thon-les-Bains). This chalet/Apartment offers an ideal location and welcomes you in a refined setting, designed by a Designer.
A true bubble of relaxation in the heart of the village of Châtel, the location allows you to enjoy both the tranquility and calm of the place as well as the numerous tourist activities. As a couple, with family or friends and invites you to live a special experience and create delicious memories.

For ecological reasons, we have chosen quality wooden constructions with an “ECOLONOMIC” approach (ecological and economical). Each property is designed and decorated with the desire to retain all the authenticity of local colors.
