Welcome to the Casa In Contrada, a charming two-bedroom apartment located a stone\'s throw from the shores of the picturesque Lake Ceresio, in the heart of Bissone.
This charming residence, nestled in the village, offers an oasis of comfort and modernity, perfect for an unforgettable stay in the picturesque Swiss region.
Upon your arrival, the living room will welcome you in an intimate and cozy atmosphere. The dining table for 4 people provides a comfortable setting to enjoy meals prepared in the modern, adjacent corner kitchen, complete with all the necessary appliances (dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, oven, toaster, refrigerator and freezer) to prepare meals like at home. ATTENTION: the fireplace is only decorative and CANNOT BE USED!
A service toilet, which offers privacy for additional guests, completes this floor.
Going up the beautiful wooden staircase, Casa In Contrada has two welcoming bedrooms, both carefully furnished to ensure maximum comfort for its guests. The master bedroom on the upper floor has a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable twin sofa bed (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.), a wardrobe and a desk illuminated by a large window, perfect for those who need a bright work space. The main bathroom is complete with a toilet and shower.
Outside, you can enjoy moments of relaxation and conviviality on the patio furnished with a dining table for four people, ideal for al fresco dining in fine weather, immersed in the tranquillity and beauty of the surrounding nature.
CASA IN CONTRADA is a true art house, in fact it is possible to purchase the paintings and works inside.
Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.Â
