Dated and urgent update needed

Sorry to say but this hotel is really in need of an update. Horrible strong smell in the room, bedding tired and dirty, with a strange smell as well. Bathroom dated and shower changes from scorching hot to cold constantly. Breakfast basic at best. Location is good, quite central, but not worth it.

Owners were very nice and spoke English. The room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was the standard European cold cuts, cheese, bread, eggs and fruits with coffee and juice. It's also a walking distance from a bunch of other restaurants. Parking is free which is a big plus! 10/10 would recommend staying here if you need a place when PCSing and your TLA hasn't kicked in.

Prima hotel in Biturg

Prima keuze in centrum Bitburg. Ruime kamer, wel een beetje gedateerd, maar verder netjes en schoon. Bureau en koelkastje aanwezig. Restaurants, supermarkten en winkels op loopafstand. Gratis parkeren achter het hotel. Vriendelijke bediening, ook bij het - enigszins beperkte - ontbijtbuffet. Maar wel roerei persoonlijk klaargemaakt!

Leider kein Fahrstuhl und ein sehr enges Treppenhaus, was das Koffertragen in die 2. Etage bei einer gebrochenen Rippe sehr schwierig und anstrengend machte. Leider auch nur Filterkaffee, weil es sich laut Service nicht lohnte, die große Kaffeemaschine anzuschalten.
