"Big Sigh," lovingly named after the patriarch of the family, is less than a mile from all of the activities, shops, restaurants, and breweries in downtown Black Mountain. Located within the pristine & charming Village of Cheshire, enjoy convenient access to open greenspace, walking trails, a community garden, and shops & restaurants.

About the Home
• The open-concept main floor boasts a step-down living room with a Smart TV for streaming. Note: The gas log fireplace is NOT usable.
• Well-equipped kitchen with gas range, dishwasher, drip-style coffee maker, French press, Italian Espresso, and breakfast bar seating for 2.
• Dining area with bench-style seating for up to 8.
• A powder room is available on the main floor. A sink and walk-in shower are also available in the laundry room for added convenience.

• The main floor primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, TV, and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub.
