At home, you’ll love the private, enclosed back yard that backs up to the woods. Enjoy the serene setting with a cup of coffee each morning on your screened-in porch, and head downstairs to the patio for an outdoor retreat.

Inside, you’ll find an open floor plan, gleaming wood floors, and a cozy gas fireplace on the first level. Upstairs is an additional living area with a sectional sofa and 65-inch TV. Bright, stylish decor and wallpaper add whimsy and personality throughout the home. The modern, well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and plenty of workspace on the granite countertops. Take a seat under the modern chandelier in the dining room at mealtime or eat at the table on the screened-in porch, then head out to explore. After a fun day out, grab a spot on one of the plush sectionals to stream the latest release, or play a board game for more family fun. If you’ve brought any remote work, the high-speed WiFi, desk with a wireless HP printer, and two monitors in the private office make it easy. End the night in one of the three well-appointed bedrooms, dreaming of the next perfect Blue Ridge day tomorrow.

Things to Know
A double sofa bed and a twin trundle daybed provide extra sleeping space. Streaming services are available with guest accounts. Twin XL beds in the guest room convert to a king. Guests must supply their own HDMI cables or video cables to use computer monitors. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. All Vacasa properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
