In the 4 nights i was there the towels etc were not replaced no one went near to service room. Door to room did not lock from inside. The decortion of upstairs of hotel was in poor state tape on worn carpets. The breakfast was ok really the only thingvhotel had going for it

It was an amazing. Love seeing the seafront and listening the seagull. The room was lovely and glad to have a fan in here as we was little bit warm. But I definitely enjoyed it and recommend this hotel to anyone!

what a lovley hotel staff here are so friendly and welcoming cant thank them enough for all the help im a single mum 2 kids had a few bags and owner helped me upon arrival to my room the hotel itself is very clean and spacious rooms swimming pool is lovley too will always choose this hotel and ive been to many in blackpool this is by far the best also lady behind counter didnt get her name dark red hair she is lovley and welcoming

Two night stay in family room

A mostly pleasant stay—comfortable bed, with clean bedding extra pillows on request very spacious room, friendly staff also very helpful , warm private pool £5 an hour was lovely, and very tasty breakfast. But, below-par cleanliness, of room in general , view from window of a yard full of old beds and mattresses and a persistent drain odour were drawbacks.

Stayed in room 115 and was described as cosy which it was and comfortable and clean. Second night was noisy from the TV and loud talking from the room below. Breakfast was excellent and included and a good price for two night stay. Car parking at the front of hotel in good location. Would stay again.

Nice hotel, perfect for what we needed. Comfortable beds, decent breakfasts and amenities in the room. Pool was fantastic. Shame the games room was out of order but looked like it would have been fun for the little one. Tram stop right across the road for access into the centre and a decent car park that is cheap if paid through the hotel itself. We had a lovely stay as a family of 4.

I chose this property primarily because the price was significantly lower than others for the same time frame, which initially seemed like a good deal. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, we were allocated a room that was not sea-facing and in very poor condition. It was dirty, uncomfortable, and generally had a bad atmosphere. The shower was damaged and not functioning properly, and there were several other maintenance issues. I raised a strong complaint to the staff and the manager, who were not particularly friendly or helpful. After several attempts and some insistence, they eventually agreed to change our room. The second room, which had a sea view, was much better and highlighted the inconsistency between the rooms. It felt like a completely different property. However, this only further emphasized the poor quality of the first room and the lack of proper standards. Other negative aspects included: Staff were generally unfriendly and unhelpful. The lift was not working. Common areas and facilities were not clean or well-maintained. The game room was completely non-functional. The swimming pool was mediocre and required booking and an additional fee, despite the initial booking stating that pool use was free for guests. The sauna was out of service during our stay. Because of these issues, I cannot recommend this property. If you still consider staying here, I strongly suggest asking to inspect the room before confirmi

don’t bother

we got there and they said they didn’t even book through hotels.com so we didn’t even get a room and had to find somewhere else👍but from what it seemed it was a run down hotel with lazy slow staff. the guy behind reception took half an hour to come out even though he was only behind a door and we rang the bell 4 times. he came with a mouthful of food after somebody else working there had to go and get him . he answered the phone whilst we were talking to him and didn’t even apologise about the mistake👍

When we arrived the staff was helpful and friendly. When we got our key we made our way to our room through the bar turned left through the fire door and we was greeted with the smell of Mold foundry and a mixed in with smell of sewage. There was stains on the ceiling Mold on the skirting boards the carpet was not fitted right. The view out of our room window was of laundry trolleys and broken furniture the yard gat was hanging off. The windows was filthy Our room was number6 and it wasn’t a good room my wife went to hang her clothes up and there was wallpaper hanging off the ceiling in the wardrobe. We stayed the 1 night and booked out. The manager David went to check the room came back said he couldn’t smell anything as he was bunged up he offered us another vroom but we declined it as another couple the night before had refused 1 room got another and they both was dirty and they was demanding a full refund. We are still waiting for a refund for the second night we had booked. We moved the the Imperial hotel

Dear Bluewater Hotel Management, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent stay at your hotel, which was deeply disappointing and far from the experience I expected. Upon arrival, the room we were given had a strong and unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke, despite your hotel being advertised as non-smoking. This made the space feel unclean and uncomfortable from the start. To make matters worse, during our stay, we witnessed violent and aggressive behaviour from other guests. This created a chaotic and unsafe environment, which deeply distressed my child and made us feel extremely uncomfortable for the duration of our visit. As a paying customer, I expected a clean, safe, and family-friendly environment — none of which were delivered. Given the distress caused and the lack of basic standards, I am requesting a full refund for my stay. Please treat this matter with urgency and respond promptly with how you intend to resolve this issue, as well as what actions you are taking to ensure such incidents do not happen to future guests.
