My second stay at this hotel and I'd highly recommend it. All the staff are super warm and friendly, the rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The food is lovely with plenty of variety. The tram stops right at the hotel so its perfect when the weathers not so good or if you have difficulty with walking as I do. I felt really safe at this hotel which was important to me as a single female traveller. You need a room key to access the lift and theres always plenty of staff around to help. I had a really lovely stay.

Staff amazing reception staff informed us of everything needed to know very polite.lovely size rooms we had a problem.with ours went to reception and they changed our room immediately.
