You will find this charming 2-bedroom one bath condo located at The Cabana Club, one of Birch Bays premier family vacation locations. The area is still one of the best kept secrets. Great clamming, crabbing, beach combing and sunsets. 15 minutes from the Canadian border, 60 minutes from Mount Baker ski area and a hop skip and jump to Seattle. A summer resort community there are lots of festivals and events during the summer. Cabana Club grounds are perfect for a family gathering or friends get away. There is a seasonal outdoor pool, volleyball, horseshoes, corn hole, bocce ball, badminton and more. There is also a ping pong table, foosball, and a nice large TV with cable. The clubhouse is also where you will find the complimentary washer and dryer for your use during your stay. The condo is a cozy 2 bedroom condo with one bath. The entrance to the condo is up one flight of stairs but once inside everything is on one floor. Both rooms have Q size beds, there kitchen is ready for you to prepare a lite snack or full meal, or BBQ your favorite dinner on the propane BBQ on your deck, which overlooks the swimming pool and Terrell Creek. You just might see some otters swimming in the creek. CC204 is a lovely place to rest relax and rejuvenate.
