You also have a second deck off the bedroom that has an electric fire pit to sit around and enjoy a relaxing evening making those wonderful memories with one another. The unit is tastefully decorated and the owner has created a very comfortable environment for a great getaway. There is a King size bed in one room and a queen bed in the second. There is also a unique mini Loft that looks down onto the living space that has a twin bed as well. The sofa in the living room also makes out into a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots pans, dishes and cutlery for those family gatherings. There is a washer dryer in the unit for your convenience after those days out on the beach enjoying clamming, crabbing, beach combing or a day at the pool. While being our guests at Jacobs Landing you can enjoy all the amenities the clubhouse has to offer like the indoor pool, soaking hot tub, tennis court, one court also marked for pickleball and a racquetball court, and also a game room for the kids. You will be centrally located in the heart of the Bay with less than a five minute walk to the restaurants in the heart of Birch Bay, and a wonderful walkway along the beach for those early morning walkers.
