Best avoid this hotel if booking through hotels.com or otherwise for that matter. Booked a twin room for as was sharing with my brother. Gave us a double and took 1.5 hours to sort it out (not ideal at 11pm after a 7 hour drive when we were waking at 7am to go skiing the next day

Amazing hotel. This is my 5th stay here. Only 2 gripes were the lift not working and we wer ein the 3rd floor and it was roasting even though we had the radiators off! Will definitely be back again though.
