7 bed 4.5 bath luxury home ready for your family vacation. This is the perfect place for a multi-generational family or for multi families traveling together. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE! (There are noise restrictions in the county)

Blairsville! Amazing long range mountain views and views of Brasstown Bald.

Terrific location! Close to GOLF, Brasstown Bald, hiking, swimming, boating, antique shopping, casino, waterfalls, Alpine Helen, Blue Ridge, Track Rock Archeological area, Alexander's store (you have to see this!), Hiawassee, Vineyards, Young Harris, spas,fishing etc!

Location is end of road in a quiet, upscale neighborhood.

2 kitchens (both have Keurig and drip coffee makers), 2 living rooms, huge game room/theater with pool table, shuffleboard and foosball. There is also an electronic basketball game, 2600 game arcade and electronic, soft tip darts, large stand up Connect 4 game, 2 levels of decks, lower has hot tub and rockers. Upper deck has seating area off a master bedroom, dining table and seating area with a gas fireplace.

Three indoor dining areas.

Upstairs-large primary bedroom with king bed, a Jacuzzi in bath and walk in closet. King bedroom end of hall, queen bedroom and bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunks. Hall bathroom. (note - upper bunks have weight limit of 175 lbs)

Main level - large, queen primary with large bathroom and step in tile shower. Kitchen with dining, living room with gas fireplace, powder room and dining room.

Lower level - kitchen with dining Keurig and drip coffee makers- living room with electronic basketball- queen bedroom- bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunks- arcade room with 2600 game arcade and electronic, soft tip darts, bathroom with step in tile shower. (note-upper bunks have weight limit of 175 lbs)

Game room and theater - connected to lower level with breezeway. Very large with pool table, foosball, shuffleboard and theater, sink and microwave.

Decks with lots of seating and plenty of views!! Hot tub on lower level deck! Gas grill and gas fireplace on main level deck.

Parking for 6 cars ONLY, one in attached garage, two on driveway for attached garage and three on driveway of detached garage. ABSOLUTELY NO Street Parking.

Close to Blairsville, Young Harris, Blue Ridge, Hiawassee, Murphy NC, Alpine Helen, Dahlonega, Lake Chatuge, Lake Nottely and several golf courses.

Notice: We have 2 Ring Floodlight surveillance cameras on the front of the house for security purposes only. One on the detached garage and one on the attached garage. The view is of the front of the property and most of the parking areas. There are no cameras inside the house or anywhere else on our property.
Notice- there are noise monitors outside that register decible levels only, no voice monitoring

This place really helped make our golf weekend something special. Was 10 minutes from Brasstown Valley, with several good restaurants nearby, as well as a supermarket. The cabin was very clean and nice, and we loved the game room...we spent hours in there. Would love to stay here again!

Great house for a girls trip! We played golf both days at the resort that is 10 minutes away. Love the game room! The beds are comfortable and there's plenty of towels and a perfect set up for a big group. Great scenic lookout from the porches.

Our large family had more than enough room to spread out and more than enough beds for everyone! The very is amazing and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the arcade game and basketball but the theater room was huge hit with the entire family!

What can I say that has not been said about this incredible home. I have rented many houses. However, this is not a rental, it is a home, and as such it is welcoming and restful. We not only enjoyed the numerous Christmas decorations, but the overall ambiance. Whoever decorated this home please give me her number so I can hire her. It was a lot of what we were looking for! Great space for all of our kids, grandkids and even a new great granddaughter! The view from the back deck is amazing. However, when I go on these trips, I don’t like to be in a neighborhood per se, and this is in a neighborhood. One neighbor in particular was extremely rude, and had a dog (I love dogs! ) but he let his dog jump on everyone, he never apologized or spoke, he just stared . It made us uncomfortable to walk outside

The Mountain House

This beautiful house was well decorated, clean, roomie and accommodated our family of 11 easily. Sitting by the fireplace on the deck with a cup of coffee in the morning admiring the amazing mountain views was a little piece of heaven. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and the game room. Jan was easy to communicate with and very fast to respond. We will definitely stay here again!

What a view

Perfect Family Home
