This certainly located family compound consists of a comfy 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with a loft and fully stocked kitchen. Make this the launching point for the many hill country activities or chill out and enjoy the peace and quiet. There are 20+ mile views in all directions. The back porch is excellent for relaxing, wildlife watching and enjoying the view. There's a cozy 1 bedroom and 1 bath casita with a fold out sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also an air conditioned man cave/she shed we use for making sausage, watching TV and hanging out. Excellent internet connection via wifi tower on site. Traeger and Webber grills will meet your grilling needs. There are chickens and a garden to entertain and amuse. Two ponds offer excellent fishing and swimming but the depth will vary based on local weather trends. This ranch has miles of trails and dramatic hills and canyons to explore. It is like having your own persona state park. As part of this rental you are able to enjoy an OFF SITE private 3.5 acre deep water property with 515 feet of the Blanco river that is walking distance to the Blanco town square. There is a total of 3 Roku enabled TV's.
