The apartment comprises the entire floor 1900 sqm park-like grounds. Fully furnished guest kitchen with ceramic hob, Oven, Mirkrowelle, toaster, vessel coffee maker, egg cooker, kettle, bread slicer, refrigerator, freezer. Large bathroom with bath, shower and hair dryer. Entree and living room with eco-bamboo flooring. Both bedrooms Oeko-Tex carpet. Antique furniture in the living room, solid wood furniture in bedroom and kitchen. Disc righteous mattresses. Large balcony with wonderful far-sightedness (on clear days approx. 35 km) to the city center you go 10 minutes. Optimal starting point for hikes, walks, bike and car tours.

Villa am Wald

Die Ferienwohnung in der Villa am Wald hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist eine gemĂŒtliche sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Was nicht zu Letzt an den freundlichen und sehr hilfsbereiten Vermietern liegt. Ganz toll ist, daß es sehr viele Infos ĂŒber den Harz gibt, so z.Bsp. auch aktuelle FahrplĂ€ne des Harzer Busnahverkehrs u. v. and. mehr. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt

Sehr schön und ruhig

Der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir sind zu zweit angereist, die Wohnung bietet aber auch ausreichend Platz fĂŒr vier Leute. Die Ausstattung der KĂŒche war mehr als ausreichend, die Zimmer (Schlaf-, Wohn- und Badezimmer) sind groß und sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Balkon war wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthalt leider nur eingeschrĂ€nkt nutzbar, das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Und auch aus dem Wohnzimmer heraus lĂ€sst sich der Ausblick ĂŒber Blankenburg genießen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief einwandfrei (Anruf ein paar Tage vor Anreise) und der Check-In verlief problemlos und entspannt. Blankenburg selbst ist trotz seines Leerstands in der Innenstadt einen Spaziergang wert. Von hier aus lassen sich aber auch alle möglichen SehenwĂŒrdigkeiten (Brocken, Titan, Werningeroder etc) schnell erreichen. Wir haben uns in der FeWo sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und behalten sie fĂŒr weitere Aufenthalte im Harz auf jeden Fall im Kopf ;)

Erwartungen wurden weit ĂŒbertroffen

Perfekte Unterkunft. Hier wurde an alles gedacht, ob Spiele , BĂŒcher, Infomaterial fĂŒr AusflĂŒge, technische Ausstattung, Kuscheldecken, und und und.. es hat an absolut nichts gefehlt. Die Bilder werden nicht gerecht, erst recht was die fantastische Aussicht betrifft. Super netter Vermieter. Reibungsloser unkomplizierter Ablauf. 110% -ige Weiterempfehlung. Danke fĂŒr die schönen Tage.

Hervorragender Weitblick

Tolle FeWo in einer alten, aber gut restaurierten Villa am Waldrand mit allem drin, was man braucht, sogar Eierkocher und KĂ€sereibe. Sehr nette , hilfsbereite Vermieter. Es hat uns gut gefallen und können die Wohnung gut weiter empfehlen. Einziger kleiner Nachteil waren die Treppen zum zweiten Stockwerk, aber dafĂŒr ist der Blick ĂŒber Blankenburg eine wunderbare EntschĂ€digung.

tolles Quartier, in dem es uns an nichts gefehlt hat

Ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge in alle Richtungen, ein grandioser Ausblick von der Terrasse ĂŒber Blankenburg, eine Ferienwohnung, in der nichts gefehlt hat - von der Erstausstattung bis hin zum Wasserdruck in der Dusche. Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter inklusive. Besser und unkomplizierter geht es kaum!
