This beautiful Dalmatian stone house is a place where you can spend a relaxing holiday in absolute privacy in the midst of lush nature and at the same time near the blue Adriatic.

Holiday House Ivan is the perfect choice for all those who want to enjoy peace, quiet, and nature. It consists of a large garden with olive trees, a heated pool, and a jacuzzi with sun loungers, as well as a covered summer kitchen with barbecue and a large dining table. On the ground floor you will find an elegant living room connected to the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The house consists of 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can accommodate up to 6 people. The holiday house is about 1 km from the nearest beach with crystal clear water. In the center by the sea there are shops, travel agencies, bank, post office, and a doctor.
