Located on the 5th floor of a residence with elevator, this rental comprises :

- a comfortable living room with double sofa bed and desk area,
- a dining/kitchen equipped with toaster, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer,
- a bedroom with queen-size bed (160cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower,
- separate WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan,
- books.

After 10 p.m., noise pollution is not allowed.

Please note the following additional charges:

- Check-in between 9 pm and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6 a.m.: 44e

→ When on-site reception cannot be guaranteed, we will provide you with all the necessary information for independent, simple and secure access to the keys.
