Peaceful farm stay

We greatly enjoyed are stay here. Apartment was spacious and clean. Our daughter loved playing with the animals, particularly the dogs and cats. Picking strawberries was also a lot of fun for her. Close to many activities and restaurants. Even got to use the pool when the weather cooperated.

Amazing apartment

What a spacious, amazing apartment on a beautiful farm. We were in town for our daughter's graduation from Univ. of Hartford, it's less than 15 minutes from campus, so a perfect spot and enough room for her to come over and us not all be cramped in a hotel room. Have already booked for next year's master's graduation ceremony. So much to do nearby, booked for an extra night so we have more time to hike and explore.

Weekend stay for wedding

Serene and peaceful, this weekend getaway was so good for the soul. The horses and donkeys in the lower level of the barn each had their own unique personalities that enhanced the festivities. Walking around the property accompanied by three happy dogs while hearing the goats bleating and the chickens crowing in the background only added to the quiet winter magic. A huge thank you to our wonderful hosts.

Beautiful and specious

I came to this property because it looked cozy, and quiet. My partner and I had a very rough year mentally and physically with both of our healths. We came here and totally relaxed. I went in the pool, read my book, took naps and had a great time. The hosts were nice. The animals were friendly. It was perfect!

Special property!

How fun to stay above a hose barn in such a spectaular spot. The apartment was much more spacious than we expected and really fun! As we sat poolside for a little bit we watched Frank driving his tractor, heard animals chatting and played with the dogs. It was the perfect spot to call home during our high school reunion. Loved it and hope to return again some day!

Beautiful, spacious house on top of the horse staples.literally the horses & donkey were sleeping downstairs of our place. What a beautiful experience! Frank & Julliane gave us nice tour of the farm. Also nice hiking trail close by.

Luxury BNB with beautiful surroundings and farm fun!

Staying at Juliana's place was perfect blend of luxury and nature. Upstairs above the barn is a beautiful apartment, immaculately clean and designed with taste and style. From the plush towels to the wine in the fridge, we enjoyed every minute -- and bonus, bed was super comfortable. Downstairs we were greeted with friendly horses, shepard dogs, barn cats, and even 2 donkeys! Walking the grounds was a breath of fresh air and the owners could not have been nicer! We will definitely be staying again!

Therapeutic

The entire experience was over my expectations! From an early check-in, to the most adorable animals (kudos to the friendliest dogs and cat ever) and the donkey who wanted to come in my car how with me lol. The pool with a pergola and peaches to pick off the tree were an added bonus. I felt like I was at an Italian villa. I will definitely come back ever year. Even the music selection while I swam was on point!!!
