Get ready to relax in this completely remodeled 2-bedroom, 1.5 bath condo on Lake Monroe and the Golf Club at Eagle Pointe. Just a 20-minute drive to the IU campus, spend a weekend boating and golfing or take in an IU sporting event. This updated condo retreat sleeps 6-8, with a master bedroom, private loft and a sofa bed in the living room. In the summer, guests can take advantage of a championship 18-hole golf course just outside their front door as well as multiple pools for the family to enjoy. The condo pool and basketball/tennis court is just steps away and can be seen from the master balcony. Guests also have access to the main Eagle Pointe pool -- with cabana bar and full-service restaurant. If swimming isn't your thing, there are multiple brand new pickleball courts, tennis courts and a basketball hoop for the kids. It is resort-like living in Bloomington, Indiana! During the Fall/Spring, play 18 holes of golf before heading into town to enjoy all the IU campus and surrounding area have to offer -- including two of the nation's best college sports programs in your IU football and basketball teams. We had a wonderful stay at the Monroe Lake condo. It was very clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Bryn was very responsive and attentive when we reached out and is an excellent host. Highly recommend!

Great location just minutes from Fairfax. Plenty of pools, walking etc on site. Well maintained property with plenty of space for our family of 5. Condo looks over wooded area which was quiet and peaceful. Dinner at Eagle Pointe was great. Morning jogs around the property was great with lots of views of deer! Our host was friendly, helpful and responsive - not that we had any issues.

Nice remodeled condo and great location

Stayed with some of my girlfriends easy to get around loved having a pool nearby! Scenery is very pretty loved seeing all the deer, people were friendly! Clubhouse food was amazing great music and entertainment on weekends, communication with everyone was super easy

Fantastic condo

Came down for long weekend at the lake. Fantastic condo. Having the teens up in the loft was perfect. Appreciated the 2nd half bath and also the quiet balcony overlooking the woods. Will definitely rent again!

Lovely Renovations Great Location

Beautiful condo that provided just what we needed to visit with our family that was camping nearby. This was our second time at Eagle Point for this reason, the first we stayed in was nice, but you can’t beat the proximity to the pool, as well as all the updates. Located very close to the pool, and the beautiful lake Monroe is just down the way.
