Staff was not the issue .. they were awesome. Especially your front desk greeter. Nice young man. The air conditioner/ heater . Very loud . Could not sleep. Went on and off all night . Even after we turned it off . Boiling hot or freezing was your choice . Super loud . Beds hard as cement . Pillows nice . Details of cleanliness .. corners of showers grunge. Restaurant closed . They gave us free snacks. That was nice . Parking structure well lit. This is in Downtown. If you’re a senior or handicap it’s the worse.. Elevator not working . You have to load your suitcase out on street because there is no where to park except on metered street. Save your money .. go somewhere else. Rooms fyi are very dark. Hilton’s standards have gone WAY down .

Didnt eat breakfast, but did visit the restaurant in the evening. Good food and friendly staff. All the staff were super sweet and helpful. A+ attitudes and made us feel right at home. A credit to the chain and kudos to all the staff!

It was very upsetting that I spent $919 a night and no one made our beds or brought us fresh towels. We left early Saturday morning and came back to the room very late Saturday night and our room was not touched. I will not be returning.
