The hotel smelled awful as soon as you walked it- my husband thought mild, i thought dead rodents. Tried to overcompensate with floral scent diffuser. The pool was closed, it wasnt on the website. She told us to go to the partner facility 12 min away.. my family packed up our pool things, drove there only to find out theirs was closed and they had no idea ppl were being sent to them without calling. Moved the window curtains at night and a dead large but fell… so shows me staff may just be cleaning around items as is. Large Trash bags sitting on the floor next to trash.. not picked up. We only choice this hotel bc of the pool- it was more$ and farther from the campus, but we selected it due to the pool.

I booked this hotel specifically because we were looking for one with an indoor hot tub. When we arrived, I found out that the hot tub and pool are under maintenance and will not be open until January of next year. Unfortunately, nowhere in Expedia, did it say that so had I known that I would not have booked this hotel? It was hugely disappointing to use my reward points for something that I honestly did not want.

This facility is managed exceptionally well by Ben, the general manager, and has one of the kindest staff members we’ve ever met, Trina. Even though we mistakenly arrived on the wrong date, they graciously accommodated our family of four children without hesitation. The breakfast offerings were fresh, healthy, and delicious — a wonderful start to our day!
