Located between IU campus and Bryan Park; this Post WW-2 prefab enameled steel house is a great way to visit campus in style and comfort. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom charmer has radiant heating in the concrete floors. Relax in the sunroom or living area, enjoy family time around the dining table, or hang out in the fenced back yard. Get to IU campus in 5 minutes, Memorial Stadium or IU Hospital in 10 minutes, or Lake Monroe in 15 minutes! It has everything you need for a very comfortable stay.
