The kitchen is fully-equipped and features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, wonderful custom-built cabinetry, and a dining area with expandable table to seat 10. The master bedroom has a king bed, cable TV & DVD player, and large private bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower surrounded by beautiful tile work. There is also a half bathroom and a laundry room on this level. Outside, the large, furnished wraparound deck, complete with a comfortable hammock and brand new, gourmet gas grill with an infrared searing feature and additional side burner, waits for your enjoyment.

The upper level consists of an open loft area with sitting area and cable TV, with a mini classic Nintendo Entertainment System game console, a spacious bedroom with king bed with cable TV & DVD player and a large window with great mountain views, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a full bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

The lower level contains a recreation room with pool table, dart board and ping pong table, a bedroom with a twin-over-queen bunk bed, a full bathroom, and a second wraparound deck where the hot tub awaits.

Perfectly located between Boone and Blowing Rock just a six-minute walk from the Middle Fork of the New River, 2 Cub's Cabin is convenient to Tweetsie Railroad, Main Street, Blowing Rock and Boone shopping and dining, ASU, all the major ski resorts, Grandfather Mountain, the Blue Ridge Parkway and all other High Country attractions.

Additional notes:
• Cancellation policy: Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
• Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
• This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
• Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
• Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
• No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
• Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
• No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
• 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
• The driveway is shared and cannot be blocked at any time. Parking space for 3-4 small to mid-size vehicles.
