Nestled in the breathtaking North Georgia Mountains, Chinook Cabin is conveniently located less than 5 miles from the city limits of charming downtown Blue Ridge. Our cozy, well-appointed cabin offers a single-level, open-concept floor plan designed for comfort and relaxation. Whether you're seeking a family retreat, a getaway with friends, or a romantic escape, Chinook Cabin provides the ideal setting, complete with stunning mountain views. We're proud that many guests call our cabin their "home away from home," and as the actual owners (not a management company), Chris and Carrie are dedicated to making your stay unforgettable.

Inside Chinook Cabin
The interior of Chinook Cabin is thoughtfully furnished with whimsical "cabiney" décor, featuring bears, deer, fish, and humorous plaques to keep you smiling throughout your stay. All living spaces are conveniently located on one level (just 4 steps lead to the front door). See the floor plan of the cabin in the photos!

Kitchen: Fully equipped with granite countertops, slate appliances, and breathtaking mountain views. Enjoy meals at the dining table or the bar top island with four stools.

Living Room: An open floor plan flows seamlessly into the great room, featuring cathedral ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a seasonal gas fireplace that ignites with a simple switch.
Master Suite: Vaulted ceilings, a king-sized bed, private bathroom, and a 55" 4K LED TV.

Second Bedroom: Also with vaulted ceilings, a king-sized bed, a 55" 4K LED TV, and a bathroom just steps away.

Outdoor Oasis
The cabin’s deck offers magnificent mountain views framed by hardwood trees. Relax on the porch swing, rock in a chair, or soak in the hot tub under the stars. Sunrises, moonrises, and star-filled skies are sure to amaze.

Modern Amenities
High-speed Wi-Fi and excellent cell service ensure you stay connected if needed. At night, unwind with a provided selection of DVD/Blu-Ray movies on the 55" 4K TV or indulge in some stargazing from the hot tub.

Pet-Friendly Details
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with a $95 pet fee per dog (maximum of two dogs, 30 lbs each, over one year old, and potty trained). Dogs must be crated when left alone and are not allowed on furniture or beds.

Cabin was very cozy and clean. Sitting on the deck offered a great view of the mountains and the rocking chairs and porch swing were nice. We enjoyed relaxing and getting away. It was close enough to downtown and other areas but still secluded away from the busy commercial hub.

Wow! The cabin, experience and hosts were outstanding! I do not know how it could have been better. Check in was smooth. Communication was perfect (just the right amount). View was amazing, and the beds and pillows were “just like home” comfortable. Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful mountain setting looking towards another taller mountain with forested valley below. Nature arena with deer brumbles and other wildlife, trails nearby, and quiet surroundings. Short 10 minute trip to downtown Blue Ridge where you can visit Mountain Country Art gallery and have reasonable lunch at Cantaberry. If you want that special dinner to celebrate an occasion go to General Ledger. The hosts of Chinook Cabin have made their home yours for your stay - they have thought of everything to make it enjoyable.

Perfect Getaway

Wonderful stay! This cabin is cozy, charming, and perfectly equipped. We couldn't have been happier. Incredible deck and view; nice, clean hot tub; great kitchen and grill; awesome decor; beautiful, setting in nature with Blue Ridge nearby. Excellent communication from hosts from start to finish. Our entire experience at the cabin was great! The owners were very responsive and always communicated with us timely. The cabin was lovely. Very clean, had everything we needed, very nice furnishings and comfortable. The view was breathtaking! Loved that we even got to see Bigfoot! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this cabin to everyone! We hope to return again soon!

Beautiful location with stunning sunrises! We absolutely loved celebrating our 42d wedding anniversary at Chinook Cabin. Chris and Carrie made our stay seamless from arrival to departure. Mornings on the deck watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee and each other made our stay all it could be, and more! The cabin is well equipped with furniture, decorations and all you need in the kitchen to prepare your favorite meals. We ate dinner at The Black Sheep restaurant in downtown Blue Ridge, which was good. But we enjoyed more using the grill on the deck to prepare mahi-mahi and filet mignon. The approach to the cabin can be challenging if you’re not used to driving in the mountains, but following the directions provided make the drive easy. We’re looking forward to our next stay at the Chinook Cabin! Thank you, Chris and Carrie, for helping to make our celebration special!

Birthday Getaway

The cabin was perfect. The surrounding area was quite and peaceful. Our first day there we saw a couple of deer. At night I was serenaded by owls as I rocked on the porch. The wifi was great. All the furniture was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the hot tub which was on back deck overlooking a beautiful view of the mountains. The cabin was very clean and offered everything we needed. The host was very happy to answer any questions that we had before and during our stay. We were celebrating our daughter's birthday and when we arrived at the cabin we found that they had left her a very sweet Birthday card for her. We didn't want to leave and hope to return someday
