Designed for both relaxation and adventure, this luxurious retreat comfortably sleeps 14 and offers an unforgettable stay in the heart of North Georgia's mountain beauty.

Outside, you'll find multiple gathering spaces that make the most of the natural setting. A screened-in side porch with a wood-burning fireplace offers a cozy, bug-free space to enjoy the fresh mountain air year-round. It's perfect for morning coffee, evening wine, or curling up with a good book by the fire.

Just steps from the house, a beautifully landscaped fire pit sits right along the banks of the Toccoa River, where you can roast marshmallows to the sound of rushing water. Even better, follow the path down to the private river deck, where a second fire pit awaits. From here, you can walk directly into the river to fish for trout, launch a tube, take a refreshing dip, or simply sit with your feet in the water and soak in the peaceful mountain surroundings.

Inside, the lodge is a warm blend of rustic charm and high-end style, featuring rich wood accents, Tennessee fieldstone, and modern furnishings. The great room boasts a cathedral ceiling, massive windows framing the mountain views, leather seating, a custom gas fireplace, a 75” Smart TV, Bluetooth speakers, and board games for family fun. Pull-out king beds in the sofas provide extra sleeping space.

The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, wood cabinetry, a professional-grade gas range, stainless appliances, and an island with stool seating. The dining table, along with the island stool seating, accommodates 12 guests, making it perfect for group meals and gatherings.

Four bedrooms, including two luxurious king suites, offer peaceful, private accommodations. The main-level master has direct access to the deck and hot tub, while the upstairs master boasts a spa-style bath with a clawfoot jetted tub and walk-in glass shower. A bunk room sleeps four, and an additional king bedroom ensures everyone has space. There are 3.5 bathrooms throughout the home.

Upstairs, what was once a reading nook is now an entertainment zone for kids and the young at heart. This fun-filled area includes a Pac-Man arcade game console loaded with 14 different classic Pac-Man titles, plus a foosball table—plenty of entertainment for rainy days or evening fun.

The Haven is just five minutes from the Aska Adventure Area, where you can hike scenic trails, discover waterfalls, go tubing or canoeing on the Toccoa River, or explore the area on horseback.
