This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is centrally located between Beaufort and Bluffton on this gated private island. In a region surrounded by salt marshes and tidal creeks, you'll find stunning scenery and abundant amenities — from 27 holes of golf designed by Tom Fazio, to racquet sports facilities that offer professional lessons. Relax by the pool and indulge in a massage to complete your tranquil southern escape!

Dog Friendly | Central Air Conditioning | Private Deck overlooking Dogwood #9 and the salt water marsh. Stunning sunrise and sunset views from the deck, master bedroom and great room. If you need to catch up on a little work, there is high speed internet, desk and chair.

The home features 2376 Square feet, open design, with access to all of the community amenities. This golf cottage offers an ideal island escape for snowbirds and families alike.

Gorgeous location. Sunsets are a must!!Plenty of space for family to stretch out. Large TV for game day. Extra supplies provided for our fur baby. Rounds of Golf and golf cart included, definitely a plus. Dennis was always available if we had any questions. We will be back.

Loved the house, we felt right at home. Comfortable home, great amenities. It actually felt like a luxury hotel. The appliances were great and easy to pick up how to use. Location to pool, club house, fitness center and dog park was perfect. Owner reached out to make we made it safe and to let us know he's available if needed. Golf course was very nice. Overall a great stay. I'm ready to go back!

Everything and more

We couldn't be happier with our stay at this home on Callawassie. We had everything we needed - golf cart and club amenities included. Comfortable beds, plenty of space, large deck and much more. Dennis couldn't have been more responsive - he was always just a text message away. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The people on Callawassie were so welcoming. Awesome location

The house is located on one of the 3 golf courses on Callawassie. It was well stocked with kitchen supplies and linens. The owner is very responsive to any needs. The beds are very comfortable. It is pet friendly so there was some dog dander/ dog hair noted but no issue for our dog- friendly family. Loved having our own golf cart!

Wonderful Callawassie Rental and Amazing Host

This is a great house! It is very clean, has everything you need and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The beds, bed linens and pillows were extremely comfortable. It also has a sunroom/office to get some work done which was an added bonus. The view is very peaceful with a deck, lagoon, golf course and marsh views. Dennis our host was very easy to communicate with and checked on us several times throughout our stay. I can’t say enough about him! He truly wanted us to enjoy our time on Callawassie. What an amazing island with friendly neighbors and a GREAT place to stay to get out and enjoy long walks with your pups! Louie & Lexi give it 5 stars!

enjoyed a weeks stay on Callawassie Island - it is a peaceful escape from the “busy” ness of area attractions. Great amenities, views, wildlife, - people on site were very helpful and friendly - property was exactly as advertised - owner very responsive - very satisfied with everything.

Awesome house and location!

This is a great house! We were in town for a long weekend for a wedding on Spring Island. The house was spacious, clean and well decorated. We especially loved the beds, pillows and bedding. The location is picturesque with beautiful trees. Dennis was very kind and responsive.

Callawaisee Stay

This was our second year staying here and we love it. Dennis is very kind and easy to work with. The house is in a great location and has everything you need. It’s also close to the clubhouse and has great views. It’s a great neighborhood to take the dog for walks and everyone is very friendly.

Great rental in Callawassie!

This house is very comfortable for a family visit! It has a great view of the golf course and a golf cart included. My husband and son got in a couple rounds of golf which were included with the property rental! Great stay for the Christmas Holiday!

Wonderful stay on Callawassie

This home was perfect for our family of 5 (all adults). Beds were super comfortable, kitchen is well stocked for cooking in or grilling, and the view is fabulous looking out over a 9th fairway and beyond to the marsh. We brought our dog and enjoyed early morning and late afternoon walks along the golf course path accessed from the back yard. The dog gate on the deck allowed safety for her while we were all outside. Large living/dining space and a separate office area off the kitchen allowed our adult children to comfortably do some work. The golf cart was an added bonus! Dennis is very attentive and checked in several times. You can't go wrong with this rental.

Very clean, comfortable and welcoming house. Dennis is a great host and very helpful. You cant go wrong staying here and staying on Callawassie Island. Our dachshund Willie gave it 5 paws !
