Our guests have access to the following amenities:
AS OF JUNE 16TH, 2023 GUESTS HAVE OPTIONAL ACCESS TO THE CANOE CLUB FAMILY POOL AND FITNESS CENTER and THE MORELAND POOL AND FITNESS CENTER at a cost of $25/person per day (no charge for children 5 and under.) BLACK OUT DATES MAY APPLY.
• Kayak, bicycle, and fishing equipment rentals (on a first-come, first-served basis), as well as boat trips and excursions through Outside Palmetto Bluff.
• Access to the Wilson Lawn and Racquet Club, where your Property Manager/personal Concierge can reserve tennis courts or pickleball courts on your behalf. You also have the option of playing croquet, basketball and bocce ball.
• Access to fine dining restaurants, Canoe Club, Cole's, River House, and Octagon.
• Access to any on-property food trucks.
• Access to casual dining at Buffalo's, and Canteen Restaurants, on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Access to RT's Market, Melt Ice Cream Shop, Buzz Coffee Shop, Hush Speakeasy, Boundary Bottle Shop, and Paris Market.
• Complimentary nightly S’mores at the fire pits outside the River House.
Our guests do not have access to Montage Spa or Kids' Camps or May River Golf Grill. Nor do guests have access to the following:
• Golf Cart Rentals through Recreation
• Moreland Bowling Alley
• The Shooting Club
As your Personal Concierge, we are happy to assist in booking tennis and pickleball courts, dining reservations at Canoe Club and Cole’s Restaurants (may be made no more than 30 days in advance) provide information on third-party bicycle and golf cart rentals, private chefs, private yoga instructor, private masseuse, livery service, grocery delivery, local tours and experiences, and our favorite bars and restaurants in Bluffton, Hilton Head, and the surrounding areas.

This fabulous home is conveniently located just a quick walk or bike ride to Moreland Landing and the May River, where you can take in the best view in the Lowcountry from the top of the 5-story Moreland Treehouse! Use the 4 complimentary bikes provided to explore all of the natural beauty of Moreland Village and Palmetto Bluff.
Upon entering the home, you'll be stunned by the open-concept great room and kitchen area, which is beautifully decorated and features a large kitchen island with counter-height bar stools. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to serve all of your culinary needs. The living area is complemented by several large windows, bringing in tons of natural light and helping to create a warm and vibrant home-away-from-home. The first-floor master bedroom and en-suite features a King-sized Tempur-pedic bed, double vanity, and plenty of room to rest and relax. Upstairs you'll find a Queen bedroom, double-Queen bedroom, bunkroom with built-in beds, as well as two full-bathrooms. Let the kids unwind in the upstairs den area, while you enjoy a beverage on the covered porch in front of the large outdoor fireplace.
We require 50% of rental rate to secure reservation. Balance is due 15 days prior to check-in. If reservation is canceled prior to 30 days before check-in guest is entitled to 100% refund. We accept payment via credit card, e-check and checks. Checks may be made payable to and mailed to:
