Quartos não tem aquecimento. Apesar de ter equipamento de ar condicionado, o mesmo não tem a função de aquecimento. Determinada noite, foi encontrada uma barata dentro do banheiro. Pedimos via telefone adicional de cobertas, mais de 30 minutos e não foi entregue. Tivemos que ir na recepção pedir.

Here's a revised version of your review: --- I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The recent refurbishment has given it a fresh and modern feel, and everything was super clean. The reception staff were friendly and made me feel welcome right from the start. I visited in May during the low season, which allowed for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I particularly appreciated the lush greenery surrounding the hotel, as it enhanced the tranquil environment.

It’s a good hotel overall. But the design is very weird. It’s like a labyrinth. It’s difficult to find everything and you have to walk around in circles to get to where you need to go. Also, there’s nothing around there. So if you want to go to a restaurant or downtown or anything you have to take a taxi or an Uber. It’s not walking distance to anything. It’s also not far by taxi, but that’s what makes it inconvenience too far to walk and too close to take taxis

No geral - excelente - mas , como critica construtiva , tentamos fazer a trilha as 05 hr da manhã ainda " noite " ( pois depois estaria no curso ) e não tinha iluminação , creio que sensor de presença já seria de grande ajuda ( pois , tive medo de encontrar uma cobra no caminho ou mesmo tropeçar .

Hotel muito bonito, cama super confortável, chuveiro excelente, funcionários educados. Porém, tenho 3 observações a serem feitas. 1) Sentimos falta de um atendente no bar/restaurante da piscina, no domingo. Ficamos aproximadamente 2h na piscina e não conseguimos fazer nenhum pedido de comida e bebida, pq não tinha nenhum funcionário lá. Quando fomos embora do hotel (umas 3h depois), vimos o rapaz dormindo, numa cadeira, nos fundos (perto do estaciomento). 2) A academia podia ter mais equipamentos. Nós sempre reservamos locais que tenham academia, pq gostamos mto de treinar. Mas sentimos que a academia do hotel deixou a desejar. O elíptico estava torto, e uma esteira estava muito ruim. 3) Pedi uma caipirinha no bar, e o copo veio todo sujo de batom vermelho nas bordas. Reclamamos e o funcionário fez outra. Apesar de estar mto gostosa, não é algo que esperávamos né (louca suja é complicado).
