My room had no heat I was never asked about another room until 1:36 am I’m disabled and had to watch out for the 100 foot extension cord because my lamp stopped working Of I wanted to watch TV I had no heat and vice versa Thats not what I was expecting The night manager came to my room 6 or more times during my stay because the breakers kept turning off the heat from a small box heater that I was given So unexpected paying for

There was a couple of wet spots on the floor just inside the main door. It was there again in the morning & I cleaned it up-I didn’t want you to think that my dog went in the room. I’m so glad that you let us have service dogs in the room with us!!! The man at the front desk brought my phone up to my room I left it at Subway & they brought it over to the hotel.

1. The price on the application is for third floor rooms only which would not be bad if the hotel had an elevator but it does not. 2. Our first room did not look like it had been cleaned after the last guest the sheets were dirty and the toilet had dried poop on the seat. 3. They did end up moving us to a different room otherwise I wouldn’t have given them even a 2 for a rating

Upon entering the hotel to check in, the whole place had a bad smell to it. Although, the staff were nice and welcoming. We stayed in Room 118. The very last room on the 1st floor. As we entered the room, we noticed a musty odor coming from the bathroom and causing the room to smell. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom. One of the lightbulbs to the lamp was flickering off/on like it was about to go out. Two of the pillowcases had brown stains on them. The floor had black spillage and needed to be mopped and scrubbed. The stations on the tv would periodically buffer. The freezer wasn’t working properly as it would freeze up everything in the fridge. The only way I could get rid of the odor was to leave the bathroom door open at all times, continuously spray the room with Lysol and lift up the window in the room. The night stands, desk and black rolling chair weren’t wiped down efficiently. The back area of the property was dirty with bbq pits thrown about and miscellaneous stuff strewn around. There is also a grease bin nearby that was a gross sighting. The other hotel that we wanted to stay at was booked so we had no other choice. Personally, I would not stay at this hotel again and don’t recommend it. Blytheville is not a great place to go to even to work for just a few days at the Steel Plant. The restaurants are horrible and the town is dead. Dilapidated buildings and houses. A firm no!

The room was very cold. We ended up leaving early because we couldn’t stand how cold the room was. When we complained at the front desk at checkout, the man said oh yeah, we have the furnace off. Only the air is on now. So even when you turn the heat on air blows out instead the place is very old and needs to be updated. I will never stay there again.

Worked in a pinch but I would try other places

Needed a quick place to stay on a solo motorcycle road trip. Checked in after 9pm. The good-Price was cheap, comfortable bed, nice AC. The bad-bathroom had multiple issues. Toilet had piss around the rim. Sink had a very slow drain. Shower had an even slower drain. There was also hair all over the shower
