4 Bedroom Beach House With Stunning Views Of Boca Grande Beach And The Gulf!!!!!

Recently remodeled with brand new bathrooms. 4 bedrooms: 2 master suites with king beds and 2 bedrooms with queen beds. Additional blow up mattress available. Ample family room with large smart TV. Dining area seats 6 comfortably with a kitchen table for 2. Off the kitchen is a screened in porch with 6 seats and table. Party lights for night time cocktails! Upper deck is great for watching the sunset!
Internet provided. Gas grill provided.
Storage room available to store your extra items. We have beach chairs, umbrella and toys for kids. Also there is an extra dryer.
Just steps to to the beach and the most beautiful view! Close to the village with ice cream shops, playground, tennis court, basketball court, bike trail and lighthouse and lighthouse museum.
Pet are welcome for an additional fee. Plenty of parking space

Boca Beach House

House was great! Six adults stayed here and were very comfortable. Communicated with owner several times about check in and check out. She responded quickly to my questions. House was close to beach and my favorite restaurant, South Beach Bar and Grill.

Amazing!

The location and views to and of the beach were great! Screened porch was the perfect place for after sunset beverages! Bedrooms were spacious and 6 adults and 2 kids loved our stay!!

Friends Trip

Great location, well appointed. Good TV channels and the deck was wonderful. Nice weber gas grill. Short walk to the beach and the chairs and beach towels were a nice touch . Would definitely rent again. Bravo!

Perfect Location!

Close proximity to the beautiful beach and a short golf cart or bike ride to all restaurants, shops and gym at the community center. Manatees swam right up to us multiple times! The house was perfect for what we needed and Linda was very responsive! We’d love to stay again!

Exactly what we were looking for!

Husbands kids came to stay from VA, 4 adults, 3 kids under 4. We loved being so close to the beach. Enjoyed use of golf cart to cruise around town. Loved that we were able to include our 10lbs Pomeranian. We cooked, bbqd, watched movies and bonded as a family in that house 💗 Above and beyond good communication with owner. No issues at all, enjoy the use of two fridges and washer & dryer.

Attractive, Well-equipped house

Very attractive, well equipped house at the tip of the island. Easy access to the beach — and the shelling was wonderful. We were happy to be able to bring our dog — just be aware that dogs are not allowed on THAT particular beach at tip of island (We like going down to 10th street beach anyway).

Great accommodations

We enjoyed our stay on the island and Linda responded within minutes to any questions. The house is comfortable, clean and conveniently located to the beach access. We were there over the Fourth of July so it was very busy! Make sure to add the golf cart to your rental, it was great never having to get back in the car. Great location, beautiful island, wonderful restaurants and shops, we’ve been many times before and will be back next year.

Amazing beach vacation

The house is wondering and in a great location. The house is on the beach but you cannot get a better location! Short walk to the state park beach. We saw sea turtle nests, manatee, dophin, beach crabs, seashells, sand dollars, shark teeth, birds and more. We were able to snorkel a few days as the water was calm but the other days, we had a blast in the waves. There were lots of beach stuff to use (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc). The garbage disposal was not working but really was not an issue. One bedroom was listed as 2 twin beds when we booked a year ago but the queen replacement worked for us. Top floor had a room with the queen bed, a shared bathroom and a master bedroom with a king and its own balcony. The main floor had a room with a queen, one full bathroom and another room with a King that included the washer/dryer in the closet. The property was well equipped, decorated well and just perfect for our family vacation! We plan to rent this property again for our future family vacation. The property and owners were amazing to work with. Thank you Linda!

Boca grande beach stay

This home is in a perfect location to the beach, directly across from the state park at the tip of the island. A short golf cart ride into the center of town. After a small miscommunication with the cleaning service that delayed our taking possession of the home, our stay was wonderful.

Great spot.

The home is large, clean and roomy. The owner responded immediately when we reached out with a question. Six of us were there for a week and enjoyed our stay. The home is stocked well with all needed for your stay. Grill, Bikes, beach chairs etc. we would recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

Beautiful House

We have been coming to Boca Grande for 35 years, and have stayed in many places all over the island. This house is beautiful and worked great for our group of 8. The location is nice - at the end of the island a short walk to the very wide beach. It's a public beach, so more people than we are used to seeing, but never felt crowded. The house is in great shape and very well-equipped - it had everything we needed. Linda is great to work with - we had WiFi issues which weren't her fault and she helped us get them straightened out right away. Highly recommend.

Beach with It All

This location was ideal for shelling, laying on the beach, watching manatees and viewing sunsets. All were just a short walk from the beach house. There were 3 couples staying here and we all had enough space to ourselves. Each deck had its own patio with its own water hose to rinse off the sand from your feet or share private talks or gather everyone together for games around a table. Linda was quick to resolve any issues that arose. Definitely a unique spot!

Nice property & owner

The rental was very clean and well maintained. We have rented for years and this was by far the most well equipped and maintained. Linda was very responsive to all of our questions and was extremely easy to work with. The only disappointment was trying to walk on the beach with our dog. The beach access closest to the rental does not allow dogs. However, we were able to take a short golf cart ride/car ride to the areas that do allow dogs.
