Cheap ploys to con tourists. Breakfast is $8 if you purchase at checkin only ( read fine print). Show up at breakfast and pay $20 . Happy hour is 4-7 pm - only sodas and 1 cocktail is half price.

Sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced during your stay, our breakfast included is a promotion that allows you to pick anything on the menu with a coffee, tea or orange juice, is optional to take. otherwise you will have to buy the items with their actual price on the menu.This promotion is taken during the check in because it will be added to your reservation, so if you stay 3 days, and you include the breakfast it will be added for the 3 days.About happy hour, 4 to 7pm 2x1 margaritas, tropical sunset, gin and tonic, rum and coke and vodka cranberry.If you ever have a chance on coming by again, we hope we will fill your expectations.

Beautiful water view lounge, restaurant and room
Publié le 10 févr. 2024 sur HotelsLovely ocean view suite which was nice, quiet and peaceful to watch the days go by while working. Although early check-in wasn't available, there is luggage storage and access to the common lounge/restaurant area which was a beautifully decorated space to enjoy with the water swing, floaties and access to swim right from the deck. The front desk team were extremely friendly and helpful with checking in on stay and providing local information with tours. I loved that there was filtered water available to guests to reduce plastic bottles. Although one night the water cut-off but this is common on the island as they depend on rain so use mindfully. The included breakfast was also nice with international vegetarian options. Would not hesitate to stay here again, although it is a bit on the higher end if wanting the overwater rooms.

Først godt, så skidt.
Publié le 10 janv. 2024 sur HotelsHavde booket King suite (værelse nr. 29). Helt fantastisk og god kundeservice ved ankomst!
Ville efter vores ophold forlænge og efter misforståelse (som blev udbedret ved at de gav os en omgang morgenmad) skulle vi flytte til en anden king suite (nr. 20). Dette var meget mere larmende, der lugtede af kloak på værelset, trods rengøring i en time om eftermiddagen vågnede vi med samme forfærdelige lugt. Døren til toilettet kunne ikke lukkes ordentligt. Udsigten og privatlivet var bestemt ikke det samme som på etagen ovenover.
Slutteligt forlængede vi, men nedgraderede lidt for at spare lidt penge. Havde værelse 9, Just right with balcony. Dette kostede 1000dkk, men levede på ingen måde op til den pris !
Der var ikke badehåndklæder, intet pengeskab, ingen minikøleskab, intet låg til toiletspanden (man må ikke smide papir i toilettet) og ingen udsugning på toilettet. Dertil meget larmende fra rummene ved siden af. Ville absolut fraråde det rum til den pris.
Generelt mødte vi lidt svingende service, men specielt Rulo var meget serviceminded og venlig.
Stedet ligger pænt og i en rolig del af Bocas, nemt med vandtaxa. Vedligeholdt og lækkert med soldæk.
Morgenmaden var fin.
Dermed et meget blandet indtryk. Både virkelig godt og skidt.

Awesome place on the waters to spend great family time. Fantastic drinks and food, awesome company of fellow travelers. Francisca and Svea were great! Arulo was a great host and made our stay super fun!
