Bodrium : Tres bon hotel a Bodrum

Tres bon Sejour avec un accueil sympathique, une chambre propre et agreable, un bon petit dejeuner et une proximite avec le centre ville (1.5Km). Je le recommande. Ps le restaurant italien sert de tres bons plats et d'excellentes pizzas mais les temps d'attente sont un peu long.

Découverte de cet hôtel via le WEB, bonne réception, dans l'ensemble tout était TB, dommage qu'à l'accueil personne ne parlait un peu français, idem pour le service au bar et au restaurant !

Very nice stay, very cute rooms , pool is also very nice! And I have no words to describe the massage! She is amazing. I would like to go back to this hotel just to enjoy again a massage! Thanks for everything

Service de voiturier excellent par contre le service de repas très lents. Les chambres sont propres mais beaucoup de bruit

Ensemble correct juste le petit-déjeuner qui n’est vraiment pas bon et pas pour les européens mais on c’est arrangé pour pas payer le café car c’est la seul chose qu’on a pris et qui n’était d’ailleurs pas bon et a la fin on c’est retrouver a le payer au check-out pas vraiment professionnel petite attention a jam qui es très gentil et serviable 😉

However, we are sorry that we could not satisfy you in some matters during your stay. Still, we would like to answer the issue in detail. In your first one-night reservation, you made your stay in the room category you bought from the moment you entered the hotel. In your comment, you stated that a lot of things are broken in relation to the product you purchased, regretfully, I would like to state that it is not true and that our rooms are checked every day from A to Z in accordance with our hygiene rules and quality policy against possible problems! Since we do not use an open buffet due to the pandemic rules, our breakfast is served on a plate and in about 60 types and there is no limit. Unlimited tea, coffee and patisserie varieties are included in the breakfast. because you are in Turkey, the Turkish and international options are available. In our face-to-face meeting, you stated that you did not even look at these, and you apologized to us by accepting that you were wrong about the subject. Based on this meeting, some of our extra-paid coffee options have been specially offered to you! In addition, we asked you whether you have a special request or not, and you said that what you said was enough! Although we do not use prison trays, pictures of our breakfast service are available on our official Instagram page and on many online sites. (@bodriumotel). As a result of the review I made on your check account, we regret to see that you have not given the correct statement. You are definitely not charged extra for breakfast or coffee! All of our beds are tempurpedic mattresses produced with special technology and also have a structure designed to provide health. We also stated that we can refund your accommodation extension if you wish. Stating that everything was resolved and you enjoyed staying here, you stayed 3 more days in our hotel. Although we did not have to do it within this period, we raised your room category without producing it and you told us that you are very pleased with this, especially by thanking you.
