Room was small, facing to a wall. There were towels in the room. We didn’t like the beach. Water was murky and dirty. Beach beds had dirty covers. Breakfast was included. But we were charged extra for the coffees at the checkout. When we complained for the extra charge, receptionist told us tea was included but coffee wasn’t. We were very upset. They even called the manager. They ended up charging us for four coffees we had with breakfast. Staff is well trained and rude.

No wifi in the rooms

There was no internet/ wifi in our rooms. The management was trying to deceive us that the telephone company delays the installation for the routers for the room. We are in the middle of July and they haven't installed the wifi connections for the room yet. I won't ever stay in the hotel again.

Rezalet Kirli Deniz Ve jeneratör sesi

Otel nispeten iyiydi ve odalar eh işte denecek kadar temizdi. Çok oda olmamasına rağmen duş jeli ve şampuan kontrolleri gereken hassasiyetle yapılmıyor. Personel çok ilgiliydi diyemem çözüm üretmede büyük eksiklik var ve otelin kendine ait çevresel problemlerine var. Yalıkavakta 500 e yakın otel var nedense bizim kaldığımız otelin yakınlarında çok elektrik kesintisi oluyomuş jeneratör sesinden uyuyamadık. Gece gündüz çalışıyor rahatsız edici. Diğer büyük problem otel plajında dubaların hemen ardına teknelerin yanaşıp mazot akıtmaları. Koku rezalet mide bulandırıcı. İnsan sağlığını tehdit eder cinsten. Akabinde otelin plajındaki denizde çöp yığını var resmen deniz fazlasıyla kirli yiyecek içecek ambalajları hat safhadaydı denizde. Biz personele söylediğimizde ilgilenmediler. Otel müşterisi olup yan beachteki denizi kullandık. Hayatımda 200ün üzerinde otelde kaldım böyle rezillik görmedim yani. Bir personel görevlendirilip bu sorunlar ile alakalı temizleme işlemi olabilirdi ama ilgilenilmedi. Otel personeli kabadayı gibi rahatsız eder gibi bakıyorlardı herkese. Memnun kalmadık. Hele aile ve çocukla gidecekseniz sağlık, sessizlik ve huzur açısından asla tercih edilmemeli. Uyarması bizden.
