Do not stay there ever !

The worse hotel in unicentro area . 1. They don’t let you know that they only take cash , because if you uses a foreign credit card the link that they send you won’t work .is not a hotel is a house, they next to a canal that smelled so bad, they have a key to lock in and lock out you have to ring the bell that you can hear in the entire hotel. They have stairs no elevator and the PICTURES IS A LIE .

Good location, great staff

When we arrived to the hotel we were informed that our room had been double booked so we didn’t have our room available. Luckily they had one more room available in the back of the property which was a bit old but spacious and worked out for us. The location is great and all of the staff at the house/property were really nice and accommodating. I will definitely consider staying there as an option.

Llegamos y nos dijeron que no había disponibilidad de habitaciones (teniendo nuestra reserva confirmada), intentaron acomodarnos en un cuarto sin condiciones. Instalciones en general en pobres condiciones. La atención grocera, la administración y personas del staff se alteraron y empezaron a gritarse entre ellos. Desafortuanda experiencia.

La ubicación es muy buena, sin embargo el baño olia a a caño, no tiene tomas para conectar y le falta calidez a la manager, es poco empatica. La verdad he ido por la ubicación pero la relación del precio esta muy costosa vs lo que tienen de recursos.
