Hotel, geographical situation, reception staff were awesome - foodcourt downstairs is definetly a plus.
Bed is very confortable and materials are very high quality.
One disappoint was breakfast: poor service because of lack of staff and also coffee! Very poor quality, I asked for a machine one and they said it was not included and charge me extra which I found very unfair.

Buen hotel, lo uso todos los años cuando voy a Bogota. Las habitaciones son super comodas, la comida buena pero sobre todo ese personal, tan amable, tan atento a los detalles, como hotelera no hay mejor activo que tu personal que hacen este hotel increible. felicidades.
