Great place to stay at! The apartments are a bit dated but it looks like they are in the process of being remodeled. Would definitely stay there again.

It’s a very good hotel. There where some issues regarding transportation (we asked for a large SUV/Van but a small crossover showed up) to the Airport but they quickly resolved it.

There was a paint workers on the hallway; the paint odor and dust go into the apartment; i am sure they have other apartments with out this problem, but they did not said nothing or just do not care about that.
People all around where very nice.

Mostly everyone here at the hotel is very friendly, kind and polite. Very efficient and get things done quickly. The hotel is very well located which helps with the challenging traffic in Bogota.
We are enjoying our staying so far with our family. There is a tiny chapel and daily there’s a mass at 11:30am which is very nice and convenient if you want to join. If you are here to see family the hotel makes things easier for everyone.
People at the Italian restaurant are very professional and friendly. The food is amazing. Breakfast is good too.
Thanks to everyone for making things easier for us. We really enjoyed staying here.
