All around excellent service from the staff at the front desk, help and breakfast crew. Very helpful and The rooms were clean and spacious and well provisioned. The breakfast spread was large and delicious. There are taxis always available from the hotel to all points of interest. Pro-tip: Be prepared for multiple road closures if you are renting a car and arriving on a Sunday! The parking is an underground garage behind the hotel and on a one-way street.

The room is nice, staff are super friendly and professional. Airport shuttle is very big plus. Breakfast is ok, could have more options, but still considered manageable. The hotel location is good, convenient and fairly safe. Would like to recommend to others.

We had no air conditioning in our room, which was miserable at night, the only time we were in our hotel. The customer service was ok, nothing spectacular. Not much staff knew English so it was difficult to communicate. The location was right off the highway, not really near anything good, but within walking distance to some stuff. The room was very clean and beds and linens very comfortable. The shuttle to the airport was nice, but only runs every couple hours so didnt work out getting us to the hotel. The gym had all the equipment I needed and was clean. Breakfast was delicious.

Everything stood out very well. This hotel stood out as what I would expect from hotels in Beverly Hills. Only drawback was one of the bartenders appeared as if he got discouraged easily

The hotel is very clean and modern, service was great- Jesus who showed us to our room was great. The room was spacious and very modern with great amenities. Free shuttle is available to and from airport which is a great perk. Location was great walkable to many parts of the town. My only drawbacks is that the pool was not that heated, Jacuzzi temperature was not that warm and after informing the spa reception nothing was done. The sauna and steam were also not working, for a hotel of this calibre there should be more effort put in these areas. Breakfast was good but nothing to rave on about, if you are vegan there are a lack of options apart from bread and fruit. We requested for oatmeal to be made as one guests didn’t eat eggs but was given dried oats in a bowl.
