Most terrible stay ever! Room was too cold and AC did not have a heating function. They didn't even change the towels as housekeeping service and the same wet towels were folded! (It's unbelievable but it really happened). Shampoo and hand wash soap dispenser were broken. The room was too noisy (due to construction right in front of the hotel which starts early in the morning till late evening - and it just started so expect it for a while). I have been in many other Holiday Inns globally with overall good experience but this one in Bogota was so disappointing and uncomfortable!

A nice Hotel

We liked the hotel. The breakfasts were all good. We liked the location too. Tons of restaurant and shopping are within the neighborhood. The only issue we would like to mention is that the steps to reach the entry level of the hotel from the city sidewalk is very uneven and steep.It actually has a gap in between. Hopefully it will get fixed soon.

I recommend staying at another hotel

The experience at this hotel is very bad. I mistakenly left some belongings behind when checking out, and on my way to the airport I immediately started calling. None of the contact methods they advertise work. I’ve wasted time on international calls and they never answer. Their WhatsApp links are outdated, and they won’t even take a booking through them. Worst of all, Hotels.com shows you one price, but if you decide to pay at the hotel, they charge you more. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel.

They dropped the ball this time around

On this occasion the room I was given was in poor condition. The tv did not work. The shower floor was moldy. The air conditioning was not working. Overall it was a bad room. I’ve stayed at this hotel before in excellent rooms, this particular room was very bad

El staff de recepción no fue nada friendly ni colaborador, un día no nos hicieron la habitación el día siguiente no nos repusieron toallas, el desayuno era un poco básico y en general poco staff para ayudar. Adicional hay una construcción en el edificio de la que nadie nos aviso. Nos dijeron que teníamos nevera, pero no había nada en la habitación.
