The location is not the best, too much traffic noise, the room get hot during the night, you have to open the windows but the traffic noise will keep you up all night. The beds are hard as a rock! Beware of the front office staff, they wanted to charge me extra upon arrival for my daughter (10) that was already included in my reservation. I stood my ground and they desisted. The breakfast is ok.

The hotel has a lot of happy visitors, and I noticed that during breakfast time, it’s nice to see so many cheerful faces early in the morning. The hotel is clean and well-kept, but it feels somewhat impersonal. There are no pictures on the walls or natural flowers in the lobby, hallways, bar, or dining areas, which could make the space feel more inviting. The room itself is very plain, with all-white walls. The bathroom (specifically the one in my room) could use some safety improvements. There are no hand bars inside the shower stall, and the floor is quite slippery. There are also no hooks for wet towels or your pajamas while bathing, and no space to store your personal hygiene items. Additionally, there are no glasses for water, which would be a nice touch. In the room, there’s nowhere to place your luggage except on the floor, as there are no luggage racks or stands. A second chair or small sofa would also be a good addition to a double room; there’s plenty of space for one. A coffee maker in the room would be a great idea as well. The housekeeping staff is very efficient, and I do appreciate their work. Overall, I would recommend the hotel, but I think the bathrooms need some attention to make them safer and more complete.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The customer service was excellent. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options. The hotel is located in a safe and convenient part of Bogotá, and we felt completely comfortable walking around and exploring the area. I would definitely stay here again.

First of all I would to mention that the staff working in this hotel are nice and professional. The hotel is in a safe area, and close to many places. However there are two things that were concerning to me. First of first of all, there is a lot of noise because the hotel is closed to the road. we were on the fourth floor, you could hear all the noise all the cars, and you could hear also the nightclub. I asked the reception to put me in another room and they were very kind by accommodating us on that. The rooms were not soundproof so they should work on that. Second thing was the breakfast on our first day we came around 10 AM and it was crowded, they almost ran out of everything and we decided to go to a breakfast place instead. However, if you come early morning, you would see that they have some great stuff, and it will be not as much as crowded. Overall, the hotel is nice. They just need to soundproof their rooms and improve their breakfast settings.
