I really didn't like this property at all. The rooms were not updated and had dirty carpeting. The TV was not working in about 4 rooms that they were going to put me in after having issues with the light bulb flickering constantly in the 1st room assigned to me. There wasn't much of a breakfast. There was no mini fridge in the room or any other room because it was driving the electricity bill up. In other words they have the hotel operating at a bare minimum just to get the money from people that rent a room there, but they don't want to fix and update the rooms. Then why have a hotel? This hotel should be closed down.

Inattentive management, bad smell, and cold.

We had to check out early, after 2 nights out of 7 because the smell was so bad and it was so cold. We tried looking for other rooms but the entire hotel was the same. I contacted Hotels.com for support, but neither myself or Hotels.com were able to reach the hotel for a refund for the remaining nights.

Nice cozy hotel

The service staff was very friendly and always tried to be helpful with my requests. It is small comfortable hotel. I enjoyed the patio during the rain as the water droplets made noise against the plastic roof. Some of the rooms were right by the breakfast area in the patio which gave it a homey feel.

What did I expect for that price .... Well ... I expected functioning WiFi. Somewhat friendly staff A correctly received reservation from Expedia ... Well ... did not get any of that. Good things. Price. Location. Safe.

Rude Hotel Staff

The location was great and the room was really clean but I wouldn't recommend this hotel for more than a one night stay. The beds are very firm, leaving your back very sore the next day. It was nice that breakfast was included but it was just a simple, plain breakfast. The highlights of this hotel is the obviously the cost and location. The neighborhood was safer and had easier access to parts of the city than I had expected. The staff was cordial, at most, but often felt an unwanted attitude from them.
